    Waco is a wonderful city located in the central part of the GREAT STATE of TEXAS, halfway between Dallas-Ft Worth and Austin on Interstate 35. Waco is filled with beautiful parks, interesting museums, historic home tours, delicious restaurants, shopping, art and food festivals, live entertainment, Baylor University, a zoo that rivals ones in larger cities, and I could go on and on.

If 48 hours prior to arrival on two day stay, you will be charged for both days. For special event dates or for multiple room rentals cancellation is required14 day prior to scheduled date.

This is a non-smoking facility! Please do not come here if you want to smoke in our rooms! We want our rooms to be enjoyed by everyone, even the one that comes in after you!
Also we do not allow pets in the rooms. 
There is a very good kennel close by.
