CANCELLATION POLICY: Unless cancellation is received 72 HOURS before the room is reserved, the  charges for first day reserved will be billed to the credit card number used to guarantee the reservation. Please understand we are not a hotel or a restaurant, extra time and expense have gone into preparing for your arrival.

What you see below are places belonging to close friends of ours. They do bed and breakfast part time. When we are full, we refer guest to them or when we have a large group & are in need of extra rooms. We are completely confident in sending you to them. They all have lovely places and are truly sweet people.
