Special holidays & events that occur Sunday
through Thursday will be charged the Friday & Saturday night rates.
All major Baylor Event weekends, (Homecoming, Parents Weekend, & Graduation)
will be charged the Friday & Saturday One Night Stay Rate for both
nights with a two night minimum.
The Bed & Breakfast on White Rock Creek is considered specialty lodging. We are not a Hotel or Motel. This is why we have the policy below.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Check in starts at 3:00 PM CST on date of arrival. You will be charged the full amount of your stay to the credit card number used to guarantee your reservation 72 HOURS from check-in time.
For special event dates (Baylor events, any large city wide events, Major Holidays or for multiple room rentals),
You will be charged the full amount of your stay to your credit card 14 days prior to scheduled dates check in time.
Check in is at 3:00 CST - Check out is at 12:00 noon CST
This is a non-smoking
facility! Please do not come here if you want to smoke in our rooms! We
want our rooms to be enjoyed by everyone, even the one that comes in
after you!
Also we do not allow pets in the rooms.
There is a very good kennel close by.
