FAQS – About the Inn

We have seven rooms of different sizes and styles within two buildings on our property.

The Bed and Breakfast on White Rock Creek sits on 4 acres, but it seems like more because we live in a very wooded neighborhood.

Yes! Our neighborhood is over 100 acres with a greater percentage of land than houses. There are trails and open pastures with White Rock Creek flowing through. There are both level pathways and challenging slopes.

No, all of the Bed and Breakfast rooms are outside the main house in two other buildings. The main house is just for greeting guests and serving breakfast.

Yes, we are proprietors/innkeepers and We live on site.

No. You enter your room directly from the outside over your own private porch/deck. If you are out after 10:00 PM, of course you should be considerate of other guests on the property. Not making any excessive noise. Please see our policies for more information.

We serve breakfast inside the main house, our home. We have a 1200 square-foot great room that is both a dining and living room. This is where breakfast is served.

Within the great room, we offered to serve breakfast at 9 o’clock or earlier.

Yes! We do offer to deliver breakfast to your room.

We serve a traditional American breakfast. We offer fruit, yogurt, granola, different kinds of breads, bacon/sausage. Upon request, we offer turkey bacon/sausage, and vegetarian alternatives. Your eggs will be prepared the way you desire.

The very same breakfast that you would be served in the main house.

We can do our best to accommodate food allergies if we are notified in advance but please understand we are a small Inn with two cooks and up to 14 or guests.

No, I am sorry. The main house is our home. It is the best place for us to serve breakfast and the most convenient place for us to greet our guests.

No, but we do have a couple of rooms with sleeper sofas and also offer a roll-a-way bed to be placed in your room. Our rooms have been primarily designed for couples.

Check in is between 3-6pm. Check out is prior to 11am. Any early check-in or late checkouts must be prearranged. Please see our policy page for more information.

We provide housekeeping services upon request.

No I’m sorry we do not.

We do not host events at the Inn but we're happy to rent the entire Inn for family reunions and gatherings. A special cancellation policy for whole house rentals. Whole house rentals do not include the kitchen and only include guest rooms and common spaces.

We sit on the north edge of Waco, Texas city limits. Our bed-and-breakfast is 2.5 miles from I-35. The Bed & Breakfast On White Rock Creek in Waco Texas is 5 miles from downtown Waco. 6 miles from the Silos at Magnolia Market. 3.5 miles from Homestead Heritage and Artisan Craft Village. 5.2 miles from Baylor University.

Each room has its own AC/Heating system with your own thermostat control.

Due to the intimate nature of the Inn, we gladly welcome all visitors over the age of 12. We love animals and have an outside Cat on the premises. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate visitors’ pets due to potential allergies of our other guests. We welcome registered service animals.

Unfortunately, we do not serve dinner but there are some fabulous restaurants located a short distance away. We strongly suggest dinner reservations prior to your arrival. See our recommended restaurants on our things to do page.

We would highly recommend you having a car. Uber and Lyft do come to our property. Many guests have used their services.

Yes! Many guests have had dinners delivered by Uber eats or local pizza locations.
