Room Rates at our fine Bed and Breakfast on White Rock Creek include breakfast, our rates are based on two person occupancy and they are subject to change without notice.
Arrival Time:
Check in time is between 3-6pm. We certainly know that life sometimes doesn’t allow you to get here at that time so we can accommodate a late arrival as long as you arrange it in advance. We can also accommodate an early check-in if your room is available. Please contact us first. If we are unable to meet you, we will provide you a personal code for your DOOR lock and send you directions to your room.
Departure Time:
Check out time is 11am. We certainly appreciate you respecting this time as it allows us time to get your room ready for the next guest. There is a possibility for late checkout. You must request that at the time of Booking. Subject to availability.
Parking:
The luxury Waco lodging of our B&B is located on a large lot and allows for ample off street free parking close to your room. You don’t have to worry about finding a spot, there is one saved for each of our guests. We have reserved one spot for each room so if you are traveling with more than one vehicle, please let us know in advance!
Minimum Night Stays:
We only require a minimum stay on certain event weekends in Waco.
Children:
Children over the age of 12 are welcomed at our Bed and Breakfast.
Pet Policy:
We do not accept pets. If you are traveling with a service dog, please notify us when making your reservation. If you are in need of a local kennel, please call for recommendations.
Smoking Policy:
We are a non-smoking Waco, TX lodging facility. If you wish to smoke, you are welcome to go outside on your private deck. Smoking inside will result in an immediate request to leave, and an additional cleaning fee of $250.
Open Flames:
Candles are decorative only. There are LED candles for mood lighting already in the room. We do not allow open flames in the room.
Property Damage: Liability of guests for hotel damage.
Any registered guest in a hotel, motel, inn or other place offering to the public transitory lodging or sleeping accommodations for compensation shall be civilly liable to the innkeeper for all property damage to such accommodation or its furnishings which occurs during the period of such person’s occupancy when such damage results (i) from the negligence of the guest or of any person for whom he is legally responsible or (ii) from the failure of the guest to comply with reasonable rules and regulations of which he is given actual notice by the innkeeper.
